Your challenge

As a Sales Support Intern, you will help our Account Managers who are responsible for creating the best deals and take care of the underlying administrative work. You will be responsible for organizing and systemizing the negotiated deals and for checking if all of the new contracts are correct. Because of your support, we will be able to offer unique deals to our travelers. Once our Account Managers have accomplished a great new deal you will actively help them to bring this deal online and create the best conversion for it. Besides this, you will be dealing with market research and checking the competition on a daily basis.

Your tasks

  • Supporting Account Managers with administrative tasks;
  • Organizing and structuring the daily business;
  • Create & check the contracts;
  • Create and generate reports focussed on deals and partners;
  • Market research, competition- and sales checks on a daily basis;

Who you are

  • Studying a subject relevant to the internship* e.g. Business Administration or Tourism;
  • Not afraid of administrative work;
  • Passionate about sales;
  • Enthusiastic, creative, flexible and very pro-active;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • You handle stress and pressure very well;
  • Love for traveling and exploring different cultures;
  • Team player, but also capable of working independently;
  • Native level Dutch speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written), French or Spanish is a plus;
  • Available for a minimum period of 5 months full-time (no research);
